Important Success Tips
Leverage all our features to snag deals daily!
Email alerts
In the race for eBay deals, every second counts.
Our alerts are designed to notify you as soon as a new listing is posted, if our algorithm marks it as a potential deal.
Pair them with an email app like Gmail that offers push notifications to get notified instantly.
Each alert contains a direct link, allowing you to jump on deals quickly and be the first to buy.
Live feed
Stay updated with our Live Feed, a real-time stream of eBay listings that you can keep as an open tab in your browser.
Our live feed can show you every new iPhone listing, deal or not, and is fully customizable with your filters.
Ideal for desktop use, the Live Feed lets you keep track all recent listings while you're busy with other tasks. This way, you won't miss any opportunity, including listings that might not be flagged as deals by our algorithm.
Browse all
Discover every iPhone listing on eBay, new or old, with our Advanced Browse interface.
Use filters to refine your search by model, condition, price, and sellers open to offers.
This feature is particularly useful for thorough exploration, allowing you to find opportunities among both recent and older listings, including sellers who are open to negotiating prices.
Pro-Tip: You can often suggest your own price!
When our email alert says 'Submit your Offer,' that means you can name your own price. These listings are ready for negotiation, and by making an offer quickly, you can secure a great deal!
65% of the devices our users buy are purchased using this tactic.
Listings in Auction format:
Acting quickly is crucial — submit your offer before anyone else places a bid to avoid starting the auction process. Remember, 35% of auctions are sold within just a few hours after an offer is made.
Listings in “Buy it Now” format:
Sellers frequently agree to offers about 10% below the 'Buy It Now' price. For devices with defects, they may be open to even lower offers.
You can make up to 5 offers, so if your first one's declined, try again!
Insider Tip: Save on Sales Tax
Avoid Sales Tax
eBay charges sales tax in most states. To avoid the tax, if you are a reseller, you can fill a tax exempt form on eBay.
Additional Tips
Weekly Performance Reports
Review your weekly performance report for optimization tips. It is emailed to you once a week, and you can access the most recent one from your dashboard.
Email Alert Opt-in Indicator
An email icon next to any deal indicates whether an alert was delivered to you based on your settings.
Check its color to ensure you're receiving alerts about the devices you care about. The icon will be shown on both the "Recent Deals" tab and also on the "Browse Interface" for alert-eligible items.
Touch Base with Your Seller
When in doubt, consider messaging the seller before or after buying to ensure the item is as described.
If a discrepancy has been discovered once the item has already arrived, instead of returning the item for a full refund, consider asking the seller for a partial refund. This way you can keep the item while still meeting your target margin.
